At Après Studio, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
